New Zealand Cockles/Vongole are unique to New Zealand and are easily recognized by their distinctive colored shells which can be white, green or brown to grey. Westhaven uses only freshly harvested, finest quality cockles/vongole from the pure waters of the South Pacific Ocean. Within hours of the harvest, our fresh cockles/vongole undergo stringent quality controls to ensure that only the “Cream of the Crop” go for processing.

Westhaven Cockles/Vongole have been “De-sanded, Vacuum packed and Cooked” in their own natural juices, then snap frozen.
