Suzuki Farm Full Blood Wagyu

Suzuki farm produces one of the best eating wagyu beef in Australia as its purebred Wagyu (Japanese cattle) are specifically grain fed for more than 700 days, compared to other breeders who normally finishes at 500+ days for their purebred. This results in the farm being able to achieve marble score of 12+, which makes it one of the rare few farms that produces beef that scores above 9 within Australia. 

If you want to eat Australian produced wagyu that's comparable to Japan's top-line A5 wagyu, then this is the closest you will find and at 40% discount compared to the Japanese A5 wagyu.
