Farmed in Thailand, these premium quality soft shell crabs are very different to other soft shell crabs on the market as they are full of meat and extremely fresh.

They are best suited to salt and pepper by simply coating with a layer of battered egg and then covered in flower before lightly fried and finished with some salt and pepper.
