DESCRIPTION

Madam Seafoods oysters are sourced directly from oysters farms in the world famous Coffin Bay and Smoky Bay.

The oysters are shipped overnight from the farms straight to our facility and are then hand selected and carefully kept in our dedicated cold 10 degrees seawater holding tanks to ensure the oysters remain alive, plumb and juicy.

The oysters will taste so fresh that you will think that you’ve just travelled to one of the oyster farms and harvested the oyster yourself.
