Throughout the winter season, where the local blue swimmer crabs are at their peak condition, we work with fishermen to snap frozen daily caught crabs so that during the warmer months when the conditions and prices of the crabs start to become uncontrollable, we can still provide top quality crabs for all our shoppers.
These crabs are caught and snap frozen the same day to ensure their texture and sweetness remain and comparable to that of freshly caught crabs even months after.

This is a product that we charge at the highest end of the possible weight range as deposit.
If the weight range is 500g-1000g then we charge a deposit of 1000g x $dollar/KG and then issue a refund for any weight differences.
For example, if you pay $50 and the product is $30/kg and we send you 1.2kg of product then it will be 1.2kg x $30/kg = $36.00. We will then refund $50-$36 = $14 within 3 business days after you have received the product.
